Our Guarantee
Service Guarantee/Return Policy:
At Sakari Hair Society, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely happy with your end result, please give us the opportunity to make adjustments to achieve your desired look. We stand behind our work and offer a service guarantee for 7 days from the date of your appointment, provided that you are following the recommended at-home maintenance.
For retail purchases, haircare products may be exchanged or credited within 14 days of purchase. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted. Please note that all clearenced items are final sale.
Cancellations:
To respect the time of our stylists and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. For chemical/extension/hair replacement, services lasting two hours or more, we kindly request 48 hours' notice.
Failure to provide notice for cancellations may result in charges:

No Call No Show: 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Same Day Cancel: 50% of the service fee will be charged.
Cancellation fees will be processed on the card on file. We reserve the right to refuse future reservations for clients with repeated reschedules, cancellations, or no-show incidents.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure sufficient time for your service.
